Here at Bourbon Clan we have been shipping whisky around the World for years and so we understand how to prepare your items securely to ensure you receive them in the same condition as they leave us.

Our in-house packing team will wrap and pack your items in bespoke packing material to ensure maximum safety while in transit. We use 100% biodegradable materials where possible, and ultimately easily recycled if not required for further use. Delivery boxes made of 100% recyclable cardboard.

We use the top delivery companies for shipping packages both within the country and internationally. We work closely with our dedicated manager who is always available should you need direct assistance.

Sign all deliveries, and Note we leave packages only with persons over the legal drinking age for their country.

Before signing for any goods, check all parcels carefully. Sign carrier’s sheet strictly in accordance with the actual condition in case of a broken seal or damaged package. It is not sufficient to sign “unexamined”. Please retain all packaging In the rare event of a damaged order, contact us immediately with photographs and we will endeavor to rectify any problems.

To pre-calculate your shipping total, you can add the products to your cart and proceed to the delivery option page – our system will then automatically calculate your delivery.

NON-US DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please note that goods purchased in the US but delivered outside the US will NOT have US VAT added at the time of purchase but WILL be subject to VAT and possibly customs import duties on arrival at the destination country.

• Receiver is responsible for paying duties and taxes charged by customs in the destination country.

• Our courier will pay the charges on the receiver’s behalf and collect payment from the receiver prior to delivery. An admin fee associated with this service.
